As
Construction Manager
We act as a key
member of your project team, working closely with you and your designers
to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and
to your complete satisfaction. With one of our experienced principals
in charge, and a veteran superintendent on site, we vigorously control
quality and strive for excellence in every detail.
Value engineering — We often save our clients
as much as ten percent of their budget by proposing alternate and
equal methods, materials, and systems based on our extensive pricing
and construction experience.
Selection & supervision of subcontractors — We
create a competitive and fair environment for subcontractors, many
of whom we have worked with in the past and all of whom are qualified
for top performance.
Scheduling and financial control — In the
pre-construction phase we develop a base budget, which we update
as the design progresses from preliminary through final working
drawings. Project timing is controlled through our scheduling system.
We optimize construction sequencing, establishing and monitoring
the project’s timetable from design development through occupancy
phases.
Industrial
metal buildings — We can also serve as your construction
manager for pre-engineered metal buildings, using either Chief
Buildings
or the supplier of your choice.
As
Owner's Agent or Construction Consultant
Kuchma Corporation can act as your management department,
if your organization does not have one, or supplement your existing
department for a single important project, to establish an effective
Project Control System.
The early decisions you make have the greatest impact on the direction
and success of your project. Acting as your consultant, Kuchma Corporation
will work with you from the project’s inception to optimize
the value of your investment.

• Expedite governmental approvals.
• Monitor detailed design and specifications.
